Hey everyone! If you've stumbled upon my blog, welcome! My name is Makel and I'm a 21-year-old senior at University of North Carolina-Wilmington and will graduate in May 2015 with a double major in Professional Writing and Communication Studies as well as a double minor in Journalism and Creative Writing.
My hobbies include (but are definitely not limited to) photography, graphic design, cooking, Disney, and exercise. I study hard, but I still maintain my sanity via my amazing friends and family. I love music of almost any sort and I absolutely love movies and television. I have a limitless amount of favorite shows and films and have even worked at a movie theater for a large chunk of my life.
I love art of any sort but my favorite source of expression is writing. Majoring in Professional Writing and minoring in Journalism and Creative Writing has only heightened that.
I have a cat named Leia and a boyfriend named Michael and I love both of them dearly. They mean the world to me and I honestly wouldn't have it any other way. Speaking of cats, I love them and I live on coffee and vinyl records. Wanderlust lives inside me forever because I love new people, places, and things.
